Introduction
Luxe Hardwares, a unit of Archies Interior Mall, sells imported luxury door handles, pulls and knobs from its showroom in Chennai. Its buyers include architects, interior designers, contractors and homeowners.
The problem
Premium hardware is a tactile purchase: people want to see the finish, the detailing and the showroom before they commit to a visit. The brand needed a website that carried the feel of the store and turned interest into catalogue requests and showroom visits.
Objectives
- 01Show the real storefront and showroom, not stock imagery.
- 02Present collections in a way that invites browsing.
- 03Capture catalogue requests and know who is asking: architect, designer, contractor or homeowner.
- 04Give advertising traffic a clear place to land and act.
What we built
The showroom, first
The opening screen pairs the brand promise with a photograph of the actual storefront. Short showroom videos and a gallery follow, so visitors see the space and the product in use.
Collections as the browsing experience
Named collections are laid out as a visual grid, giving designers and homeowners an easy way to explore styles before visiting.
Lead capture that qualifies
A catalogue request form asks which catalogue the visitor needs and whether they are an architect, interior designer, contractor or other buyer, alongside call-back and consultation options.
Advertising that points somewhere useful
Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns direct people to a site built to answer their questions and collect a request, rather than to a generic home page.
